I love the descriptions of Snow White wandering around in the forest before she meets the dwarves... this piece has been in my head for ages and poured out of the paintbrush.

Watercolor and Ink
Amazing! I love it (wish I had that outfit too)
Beautiful and spooky
this is gorgeous. the contract of the black ink and the watercolour make it look like the trees are glowing
This is beautiful work! Reminds me a lot of Arthur Rackham. Simply lovely!
I love this painting! I am actually doing a dread hair inspired by it, I could link it to you when it is finished if you want to!
This is gorgeous I love her dress and the glowing eyes in the woods!
wow, gorgeous lines, and really bold way of dividing up the frame with colour, and pos/neg space.
I like it how you make it in a Gothic style
Hauntingly beautiful! ;3
Into the woods you go again. You have to every now and then.
OMIGOSH I HAVE A NEW FOUND LOVE FOR YOU ART IT IS SOOOO BEAUTIFUL!
woah and the red stands out beautifully
The colors are amazing! So bright and vivid. Also I love Snow's dress.
I just love the way this looks. I love this style, and no photograph could ever convey the thoughts and feelings captured here. I wish I had your talent for manifesting imagination in this way
I absolutely love the layers of color and the creepy tree.
she seems afraid to go further... great contrast in colours and lighting (:
it is very beautiful
WOW. The flowing lines of the dress and tree trunks is just fantastic. The color contrast is really brave, and really pretty.
I love colours, the forest, her dress...well, I love it completely
This is just incredible!! I love your entire fairy tale series, but I have a soft spot for the part of the story with Snow White in the woods. It's such a memorable part of the story, especially as a child watching the Disney version! The color palette is so rich, and I love that we can't see her face as she peers around the tree. Her pose has a tentative quality that portrays a bit of a nervous and frightened quality in her as well. The way her red dress spills along the ground (almost blood-like) is just incredible and it flows so well. The roots of the trees and their twisted shapes are really powerful and adds so much to the creepy feeling throughout. And the eyes are of course the perfect topping for it all!
The wonders you could do with the Evil Queen and the Mirror scene...the moment that changed a woman of pride to a woman of jealousy and bloodlust!
I love this.... I love this so much.... Will you be making this a print or anything?
Ooooh this one I like A nice composition to it
Lovely! Great work with the watercolor on this one.
This is truly amazing
Beautiful! Great coloring and nicely done!
Your style is amazing, it is exactly the sort of art I would like to practice. Do you outline in ink and then paint in watercolour? Also, what kind of ink and watercolour do you use, if you don't mind my asking?
Anyways, this piece is fantastic and beautiful, as usual
This is killer
Her dress was too long that she could fell on the ground. Snow white is really lovely.
The tree's roots that swell off the ground resemble a skull.
I love the simple application of colour - so effective!
Just wanted to tell you that you are ridiculously amazing. Thanks for posting your lovely, lovely pictures.
I didn't notice this at Gallery 5 but the shadows in the roots form a skull like face
