I love this. For some reason the way you portrayed him here makes me think of Alfred Jingle, the villain from The Pickwick Papers, as illustrated by Robert Seymour (if I'm not mistaken). There is just something in the way he looks at the viewer that hints at not entirely pure intentions, if you know what I mean.
