Good morning creeps!
I've finally finished moving all of my strange antiques into the new house I'm sharing with Mr. Cain. We've painted, and installed all of our modern conveniences into this lovely circa 1900 house.
I've been waging war on the dust and cobwebs since moving, and the spiders... you would not believe. I found their mother lurking in the most frightening of all places... the hard-to-reach crevice behind the toilet. It was a horrific fight, she being about the size of my entire hand, but I've managed to purge the house.
The house itself is strange. It's not very big, but it's the biggest house I've ever lived in. It has mysterious tiny doors that don't open, a cupboard under the stairs, fireplaces in every room, and tall ceilings (which is good, because Mr. Cain has the proportions of Slender Man). I'm already imagining the kind of hobgoblins who lurk in the walls and the monsters in the attic because something has to be making those noises at night...
I'm looking forward to making a garden of poisonous plants, having a creepy parlor, and getting the studio set up so I can get back to work.
So, I hope that everyone can bear with me as we settle in!
Keep creeping!
